A young boy in Lwengo District walked to school.
Not with excitement.
Not with confidence.
But with hunger.
He had no breakfast. No books. No pencil.
Just an empty stomach… and silent pain.
In class, he could not write.
At break time, he watched others eat while pretending he was not hungry.
Hunger is stealing dreams.
Poverty is silencing potential.
And many children are slowly losing hope.
But the Gospel was never meant to be words alone.
Jesus fed the hungry. He restored dignity. He showed love through action.
At NAWE Ministries Uganda , we are living the Gospel by supporting vulnerable children in Lwengo.
We are providing food.
We are providing scholastics.
We are supporting education.
We are restoring hope.
Because when a child eats, learns, and smiles again that is the Gospel.
This is not just charity. This is love in action.
