Empowering Minds Through Education
At NAWE Ministries Uganda, we believe that education is the heartbeat of lasting transformation. Since the launch of our education initiative in 2022, we have committed to supporting children and youth especially the vulnerable and underserved with the tools they need to learn, grow, and dream beyond their circumstances.

Through Project P.E.A.R.L., our education-focused arm, NAWE Ministries has:
Reached over 10,000 learners across multiple districts in Uganda.
Distributed 55,000 exercise books, 63,400 pencils, 720 packets of crayons, 815 rulers, 12,000 pens, and 789 mathematical sets to schools and families.
Worked in 8 districts so far: Masaka City, Kampala, Ssembabule, Lwengo, Kyotera, Mayuge, Kyotera and Kalungu. and looking to expand to other districts.
Impacted more than 60 schools, including both government aided and community based learning centers.
Supported over 46 children with paying school fees in the schools near their home steads.
Each distribution isn’t just about handing out supplies it’s about restoring dignity, confidence, and hope in children who might otherwise drop out of school due to poverty.

A major stride toward literacy is our Phonics Book Production Program, launched to address the learning gap in early reading. These books are:
Designed to help children aged 3–12 master reading through a step-by-step, level-based phonics system.
Culturally relevant, simple, and accessible for both teachers and parents to use.
Targeted to reach at least 5,000 children annually in underserved schools and communities.
A tool to improve foundational literacy and reduce school dropout rates caused by early reading struggles.
We envision these books being introduced across schools, refugee settlements, and remote villages where literacy rates remain low.
Each book you buy will contribute to printing a hard copy book for a child who finds it hard to get quality education.
Even when you don't buy a book here, you can give a hand through contacting us in making sure we print as many copies as possible to distribute.
Through our school outreaches, conferences for learners, parent support sessions, and ongoing mentorship, NAWE Ministries is not only equipping children with books but also with belief. Belief that they matter, they are loved, and their future is worth investing in.
Education is one of the strongest weapons we can use to break cycles of poverty and build a hopeful, empowered generation and NAWE Ministries Uganda is fully committed to leading that charge.
