Fluxx Volleyball Academy
A Ministry of Hope Through Sport — Powered by NAWE Ministries Uganda
Fluxx Volleyball Academy is a life-transforming sports initiative under NAWE Ministries Uganda aimed at using volleyball to empower, mentor, and uplift youth, especially from vulnerable and underprivileged backgrounds. It is more than a sports program — it is a platform for character development, community transformation, and spiritual awakening through the power of teamwork and discipline.

Where We Work
The academy is currently active in Masaka City, with outreach operations expanding to Kalungu, Kyotera, Lwengo, Ssembabule, and Kampala districts, bringing hope to youth in both urban and rural settings. Our special focus is on street children, ghetto youth, and learners in schools where sports opportunities are limited.

Over 250 youth have participated in our training programs since launch.
12 secondary schools and 5 primary schools have benefited from our coaching clinics.
8 talented players have been scouted for district and regional teams.
A growing number of participants have testified to improved discipline, purpose, and self-esteem as a result of the program.

National qualifiers Tournament in 2025
All the girls' teams went ahead to win trophies at the NATIONAL QUALIFFIERS in 2025 to reperesent Masaka City at the the national level. Their deternimation and zeal to champion every tournament is unbeatable and is a testimony that they are making a great team in time to come. We are there to support them at every level so they can achieve their goal.
